These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the African Landscape wallpaper application (the "App") provided by Ebenezer Dream Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All digital wallpapers, artwork, photographs, and UI elements contained within African Landscape are owned by Ebenezer Dream Studio or licensed from third parties. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and set these images as background wallpapers on your personal devices.

Prohibited Use

You explicitly agree NOT to:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, sub-license, or share the wallpapers or assets on other platforms or digital storefronts.
  • Use the wallpapers or digital artwork for any commercial projects, marketing materials, or merchandise without obtaining explicit written consent.
  • Remove any watermarks, credits, or branding from the wallpapers.

2. APP USAGE & ELIGIBILITY

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App and all wallpapers are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely free of errors, uninterrupted, or compatible with all device software versions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Ebenezer Dream Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use, inability to use, or download of wallpapers or features from the App.

5. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updated terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
