These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QR for Dom mobile application (the "App") provided by Ebenezer Dream Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE LICENSE

All core codes, software, graphics, and interface assets contained within QR for Dom are owned by Ebenezer Dream Studio. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to download and run the App on your mobile device for personal or standard professional operations.

Usage Controls

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy source configurations of the App.
  • Use the App to generate malicious QR codes designed to direct users to phishing sites or malware landing pages.
  • Distribute copies of the App to third parties outside standard app stores.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ebenezer Dream Studio is not responsible for link destinations scanned using the camera, nor does it guarantee validation results against all potential web threats. Users assume full responsibility for clicking on URLs generated or scanned by the application.

3. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updated terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
